Vendways LLC — Shipping & Delivery Policy

New machines — shipped by freight anywhere in the U.S. (including Florida)

New machines ship by freight truck directly from the TCN warehouse in Whittier, California, to any address in the continental United States, including Florida.
The freight price is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address and is shown before you pay.
After your order ships, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment.
Freight delivery is to your address. Moving the machine inside and placing it is not included, so please plan for help unloading and moving it (vending machines weigh roughly 265–610 lbs).
Typical transit time is 7–15 business days from shipment.

Used machines — delivered by Vendways, Florida only

Used machines are delivered by the Vendways team from our Orlando warehouse, within the state of Florida only. Used machines are not shipped out of state.
The delivery price is calculated automatically at checkout from your address and is shown before you pay.
After your order, a Vendways team member will call you to confirm the address, access details (stairs, doors, loading dock) and a delivery date. Most deliveries are scheduled within 3–10 business days.

Before delivery

Please make sure the placement location has a standard 115 V outlet and a doorway wide enough for the machine (see the dimensions on each product page). Someone 18 or older must be present to receive the machine.
